Recruitment Process

The Director of Sale Recruiting is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process. The individual will identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies to build teams and organizations. The person will be champion of both the business and talent and are responsible for finding talent that no one else can through the relationships you build and the creative and innovative sourcing techniques you employ. The individual will guide the candidate journey in partnership with HR and other business partners to ensure we’re delivering a best-in-class experience to potential talent.

Primary Responsibilities

·         Optimize the strategic talent management practice for Natera, including workforce strategy and planning, sourcing and candidate selection, recruitment

·         Create, implement, and lead staffing processes aligned to our business strategy to achieve our hiring plan.

·         Serve as a key thought leader assessing key performance metrics, progress tracking and facilitating issue/opportunity identification related to talent acquisition effectiveness.

·         Build and share staffing metrics, dashboards, and reports that will enable our leaders to make informed business decisions.

·         Help to propel Natera’s employer branding and value proposition to candidates.

·         Drive strategy to ensure a flawless candidate experience through programs, process, and people.

·         Working on full life-cycle recruiting (i.e sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates).

·         Accountable for high-volume full life-cycle recruiting for complex searches and functions; including Vice President and Executive roles.



Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

·         15 + years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in sales recruiting

·         Management experience in recruiting preferred, but not required.

·         Strong leader with experience leading programs and project related initiatives.

·         Great at multitasking, can flex and work within multiple functions and/or channels as needed.

·         Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws.

·         Expertise in advanced sourcing, exceptionally strong networking skills, candidate research and cold-calling.

·         Confident, yet humble and can effectively consultant and partner with multiple business partners with varying needs.

·         Curious and understand the external landscape. Use marketplace insight and strong business acumen to develop strategies to help meet business goals.

·         Being organized motivates you. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
